You receive an error when restoring from a backup
If you receive an error message when you try to restore Money from a backup file, try the following, in the order listed:
- If your hard disk is nearly full, try deleting some files that you no longer use, in order to free some space.
- Copy the Money backup file from your backup disk to the My Documents folder on your hard disk.
- Open the backup file from your local disk disk (C:).
