You may have had unrecorded overdue bills when you converted the file (A computer file that stores the information that you enter into Money. A single Money file can contain many accounts, so if you have a new account, bank, or brokerage, you can add those accounts to the Money file that you already use.) . To resolve the problem, uninstall your newer version of Money, and then reinstall the previous version of Money. Delete the unrecorded transactions, and then reinstall your new version of Money.

Your old Money file might be selected in Windows Explorer. To resolve the problem, close Windows Explorer, and then run the upgrade again.
