If your computer cannot connect to the Internet, then Money won’t be able to connect to the Internet either. To check your Internet connection, try one or more of these solutions:
If your Internet connection appears to be working, close Money, reopen it, and sign in again.
If you do not use Internet Explorer, see if your browser is configured correctly for use with Windows. To do so:
If your browser does not open the Money home page, contact your browser’s customer support and ask how to configure your browser to be Winsock compliant.

When you sign in, on the Sign in to open your file page, always leave the I want to sign in to Money directly without online validation check box cleared.
