- Click Banking.
- Under Common tasks, click Manage online services.
- Click the name of the bank or brokerage.
- Under Use online services, click Stop using online services.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
To see your bank or brokerage’s contact information, on the Manage online services page, click the bank or brokerage name, and then click the link under View contact information.
