You can’t pay bills online from some accounts |
In order to pay a bill online, you must have an account that allows online transactions. Contact your bank to find out if it offers both online statements and bill payment through Money. If it does, sign up with the bank for the new service, and then set up your account in Money to use online bill payment and online statements. To learn more, see the related topics below.
If your bank doesn’t offer online bill payment, you may be able to sign up for online bill payment through another provider. |
You can’t pay certain bills online |
In Money, you can’t use online bill payment to pay bills that must be accompanied by an official form, such as tax payments or court-directed payments. All other bills can be paid online, even if the recipient isn’t a business.
